Training programmes

Being in shape is fundamental to improving self confidence. By diligently following my gym programmes you can expect to see your strength increase and shape develop.  

 

Each programme lasts between 8 and 12 weeks and has a prime focus on building muscle. All programmes are delivered through my coaching app which allows you to track your progress, follow exercise demonstration videos, upload before and after photos and also has an in-built messaging system, so you can contact me anytime for support.
