Online coaching: How it works
Online coaching works similarly to having personal training in the gym but the difference is that you complete workouts independently at a time that suits you. I will deliver all the structure, support and accountability you need to achieve your transformation goals – just in a virtual format.
We will focus on your training, nutrition, and recovery, to get you looking and feeling your best.

MY COACHING METHOD
I know that helping you to stay accountable is the key to getting the best results from your training and nutrition. Alongside this, I will educate you so that you can maintain your results and keep them for the long term.
When it comes to getting results, I am a strong believer in discipline, and I will help you to be disciplined with your routine.
Below are some of the key tools that we will use to achieve this together.
Movement screenings
For me to develop a tailored programme for you, it’s crucial that I understand how you move. Before we start, I will get you to conduct a movement assessment in the gym. This can easily be done by following my coaching video and notes.
Ideally this is completed with a friend or partner who can film you, but it can be done by filming yourself.
Exercise technique reviews
You can record your technique for any of the exercises in your programme via the app. This is optional but it will give me a greater level of understanding of your movement and the exercises you require extra support with.
Once the recording has saved it appears in my dashboard and I will provide you with feedback within 24 hours. We can always discuss any issues you have with any exercise in our weekly check-in.
Check-ins & accountability
We will have a 30 minute catch up each week to discuss your progress, obstacles and plans for the week ahead. This is a time where we can adapt and make any necessary changes as well as celebrating your achievements and results.
I am also available for daily support, either via the in-app messenger or WhatsApp.
Nutrition & recovery
I will provide you with practical nutrition advice to support your training. Instead of a generic meal plan, I’ll give you some tools to help you adapt your own everyday cooking, including recipe books with lots of healthy, easy, high-protein meal ideas. All the recipes include calorie and macro breakdowns.
We will also discuss your recovery in between training sessions to reduce your chances of fatigue and demotivation.
Getting started
To ensure that we are a good fit to work together, we will arrange an initial call, which will be a good to chance to break the ice and ask each other questions.
Once we agree that the service is right for you, I will provide you with all the welcome resources you need to get started, alongside a few extra forms to complete. This is to ensure that I provide you with the best level of service, so it's important I get to know you as a person.
